Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Ucreate, we strive to provide brands with a seamless experience when ordering creator-generated content. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are permitted.

Brands may cancel an order and request a full refund within seven (7) days of placement, provided that a creator has not yet been selected for the order. Once a creator has been selected but the shipping of products has not yet commenced, brands remain eligible for a partial refund. After the shipping process to creators has been initiated, cancellations will no longer be eligible for refunds.

In all cases, Ucreate retains the right to deduct a portion of the platform fee to cover operational and administrative costs already incurred. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, and the time required for the refund to reflect may vary depending on the payment provider.
