By using Ucreate, a product owned and operated by Collabforge Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you ("user", "creator", "brand") agree to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data and platform activity as described herein. This policy applies to all users of the platform, including creators, brands, community members, Bootcamp participants, and individuals who have joined through our sign-up process.

We collect information provided directly by you such as your name, email address, phone number, UPI ID, Aadhaar/PAN or other identification for verification, brand or creator profile details, uploaded videos or other content, and linked social media accounts. For creators, we may also access and reference content from your public social profiles (such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube) to assess your profile and to display samples of your content for platform marketing purposes. For brands, we collect organization details, campaign briefs, communication history, and payment information.

We may use this information for account creation, creator-brand matchmaking, campaign execution, analytics, customer support, platform improvement, internal research, and promotional outreach. We also reserve the right to use anonymized or aggregated data for statistical, business, and performance reporting purposes. Your information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers strictly for operational support (such as hosting, analytics, payment gateways, and communication tools), and in such cases, those parties are bound by confidentiality agreements. We do not sell your data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

All data is stored securely and processed in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws. By using the platform, you acknowledge and consent that your content and information may be used in our marketing, promotional material, internal case studies, and communications without separate approval unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting us, though platform-critical updates will continue to be sent.
